How it works
The question comes from the AI. The decision stays with RoomRack.
- 01
You ask
You write in Claude or ChatGPT as you would ask a colleague.
- 02
RoomRack checks
Our server verifies user, property and role, and calls read-only tools only.
- 03
You get the answer
Real data, filtered of sensitive fields, in seconds.
The AI never changes anything in your PMS.
Every tool is read-only. Reservations, rates and settings always stay in your team's hands.
By team
Each team asks what matters to it.
The AI answers with the permissions of each user's role in RoomRack PMS.
Arrivals, availability and prices, without searching through screens.
- «What are today's arrivals and departures?»
- «Do I have a room from 10 to 14 August for 3 adults? How much is it?»
- «What is the cancellation policy of this reservation?»

Security and personal data
The AI sees what you see. Nothing more.
Roles are set inside RoomRack.
Each user's PMS role determines which properties and data the AI can access. Every connection appears in the account's active connections and can be revoked there.

Same permissions as the PMS
Every call is checked on our server: who you are, which property you can access and what your role allows. The server decides, never the AI.
No direct database access
The AI only calls the listed tools, with validated parameters.
Sensitive data stays put
Emails, phones, IDs, passports, cards, addresses, tax IDs, notes and door codes are never returned. A second independent filter scans every response. Guest names appear only to users with that permission.
Secure sign-in
OAuth with PKCE and the normal PMS login with OTP. Your password never reaches Claude or ChatGPT. The key lasts 1 hour and renews automatically for up to 30 days.
Full audit log
Every call is logged with user, property, tool, time and result, without personal data. Rate limits apply.
Revoke within a minute
Every AI connection appears in your RoomRack account's active connections and can be revoked there.
Connect in ~2 minutes

- It asks you to sign in again
- Normal after 30 days or after revoking: sign in again.
- You can't find the custom connector option
- Your Claude or ChatGPT plan probably doesn't include it.
- Anything else
